For the moments that only happen once
Our Process
INQUIRY
Upon reaching out to us, we’ll schedule a discovery call to get to know you as a couple, and what you’d like to see in your wedding film. We really want to dive deep to understand your story and what is important to you on your special day. Once we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, amazing! We’re ready to move forward in the process. To book us for your wedding date, all we require is a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee.
CAPTURE
We’ll check in with you prior to the wedding day to solidify a timeline and shot list. On the day, we’ll capture all of the details of the venue, getting ready, first looks (if applicable), the ceremony, speeches, first dance, reception, and any other special moments during your wedding day. Our goal is to stay out of the way as much as possible so you can fully enjoy your wedding experience.
POST-PRODUCTION
When your day has been captured, we take the footage to the editing room, where we carefully select the best and most memorable moments from your wedding. We then create a cinematic highlight film with licensed music that fits the emotion of your big day. The final highlight film and any add-on films are delivered in a custom digital gallery, where you can watch from any device!

FAQs
-
Yes. All of our wedding films include drone coverage by an FAA Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilot (if permitted by the airspace, venue, and weather).
-
Absolutely. Most of our weddings are in the New England area, however, we are thrilled to capture destination weddings! All travel costs are included in the final proposal, ensuring complete transparency from the beginning.
-
Music is key in setting the tone for the wedding film and for your story. We know music is such an important element of the final product, so we work tirelessly to find the right audio for your film. Since our films are shared online, we need to purchase the appropriate music licenses for use in every film. For these reasons we select the music ourselves according to your story and the essence of the day

Our contract states a turnaround time of 12 weeks, and Teaser Videos are delivered even sooner.

The term “raw footage” might be a little confusing at first. The footage that comes straight out of our cameras is not color corrected or synced up to audio. Sometimes, we take several passes of the same shot to get “the one”. The “Raw-ish Footage” that we deliver in our packages has been color corrected, and we’ve selected the best moments avoiding unwanted camera shakes. This results in a more pleasant viewing experience for you, allowing you to relive all of those in-between candid moments from your wedding day. Keep in mind that the Ceremony, Speeches/Toasts, First Look, First Dance, and Special Dances are not included in “Raw-ish Footage,” as we cut these events in full into what we call our “Films”.

All of our collections include “All Day Coverage” for the wedding day. What does this mean? We typically start coverage about 1 hour before you get dressed, and conclude coverage about 45 minutes after the dance floor opens. Most wedding days span roughly 8-10 hours. During the planning process, we will be sure to coordinate our timeline with you and/or your wedding planner/coordinator to ensure we never miss a moment.
